If you hold an account or use any fatjoe products, then you’ll know that we collect basic contact information such as name, company name, email address, mobile phone number (if you give it to us), company address, and VAT number, if applicable. We use this to:

Deliver targeted fatjoe adverts as you browse the web
Send information on new products and services (only with your permission)

• Opting out: Reply STOP to any text and we’ll stop texting you. You’ll get one message confirming this. Reply HELP for help, or email support@fatjoe.com. Opting out of texts doesn’t unsubscribe you from our emails (and the reverse is true too), so you can choose each one separately.
• No purchase needed: You don’t have to agree to receive texts to buy anything from us.
• What we keep: Your mobile number, when you gave consent, the wording you agreed to, and whether you’ve opted out. We keep your number until you opt out or ask us to delete it. After that, we only keep a record that you opted out, so we don’t text you again.
• Sharing: We never sell, rent or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The only companies that receive it are the providers who send our texts and run our sign-up forms, and they act on our behalf. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
• Mobile carriers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
