How long does it take?
Our content & blog writing service can be completed within as little as a few days. The estimated lead time will depend on the quantity of content pieces you require and this will be indicated once you start the order process and choose the quantity.

What if I don't like the content, can you make changes?
Sure. You’ll have 10 days to make any amendments you like. From within your dashboard, you can request amendments to your articles by clicking the ‘Request Amendments’ button after an article is completed. We’ll need your details for the required changes which will go directly back to our writer. They will then get to work on the edits and re-submit the project back within 2 days.
What format do you send the content in?
We send completed projects in an online word based document. You can then download the content in any format you need or simply copy and paste it into your website CMS if the content is to be published online.
How many orders can you handle?

What's the difference between Content Writing Standard and Content Writing Pro?
Content Writing Pro projects are assigned to only 4 & 5 star writers, whereas standard Content Writing allocates to any available writers. Pro also means you will get more research, rich media and prioritised delivery. You will also be able to request your favourite writers, meaning more continuity in your projects.
How are your Content Writers rated?
Within your dashboard our clients can rate every piece of completed content between 1 and 5 stars. We determine our best 4 & 5 star writers from these ratings. Content Writing Pro projects will only be allocated to 4 & 5 star writers whereas Content Writing Standard orders will be allocated to any available writer.
How do I save my favourite writers for Content Writing Pro orders?
Once you have a project completed, our dashboard will tell you the writer’s name who is responsible for your project. You can then email or chat our support team following placing an order requesting the same writer. Our production team will ensure that writer is allocated to your project. We will soon have a feature released whereby you can order from your favourite writers right within your dashboard.
