Your headline should be under 18 words, with an active verb and a subject. It must also clearly represent the content.

Do you include images?
Yes, if you select our Pro service we will include your company logo at the top of the press release. Images are not included with our Basic press release writing service.
How long does it take?
With our express delivery option, you can get up to 100 press releases written within as little as 48 hours. The standard delivery time is 4 days.
Orders for over 100 press releases will have a 10-day standard turnaround time and 5 days express turnaround.
What contact information do you include?
Our writers will include press contact details alongside your website URL at the bottom of the release. These must be included. We do not include anchor texts, just the website URL.
Can you distribute a press release for me?
If you are looking for help with distributing your press release, check out our Press Release Distribution Service. With this service, our team of remarkable writers will draft the perfect release to promote your news. Once you have approved your order, we’ll start the distribution process. We partly distribute your release via some premium industry news channels and then manually submit it to other online media outlets for review.

What if I don't like the press release, can you make changes?
Of course. You’ll have 10 days to request any amendments you like. Simply click the ‘Request Amendments’ button in your dashboard once your order is complete. You’ll then be able to submit the required changes which will be passed directly to your writer. Your project will then be re-submitted to you within 2 days.
What format do you send completed orders in?
All press releases are written in a white label, shareable Google Doc to make it easy for you to share projects with your clients or co-workers.
What's the difference between Press Release Writing Basic and Press Release Writing Pro?
Pro projects are assigned to only 4 & 5-star writers, whereas Basic allocates projects to any available writers. With Pro you’ll also receive more research, and we’ll also include images such as your company logo within the press release.
You can also select your favourite writers when submitting repeat orders, helping to create more continuity with your projects.
How do I save my favourite writers for future orders?
Once you have a completed Pro project, your dashboard will tell you the writer’s name. You’ll then be able to order directly from that writer by clicking the link underneath their name. Working with a select number of writers is a great way to ensure continuity for your brand. This option is only available with Pro orders.
