Your account concierge will be a dedicated point of contact for your Grow orders. Grow is great for agencies and brands who want best-practice services in one simple package. Save time by re-ordering without having to input order details like anchor texts and target URLs again. With your concierge managing anchor texts and Content Plans baked in, you can be confident your orders will be relevant and bespoke to your needs.

Grow is not a fully managed SEO service. It is an order facilitation service. We place defined quantities of backlink and content writing orders on your behalf, using anchors and URL ratios based on our defined best practices.

Specific orders will vary, but our general best practice guidelines are:
URLs: (50% homepage / 25% money pages / 25% info/blog pages)
Anchors: (50% brand anchors / 25% partial match anchors / 15% natural anchors / 10% keyword anchors)

We feel that citations have the most impact on local and small businesses trying to rank in a local area. When it comes to sites trying to rank nationally or in competitive industries, citations don’t move the needle, and the budget is better spent on outreach to land contextual links.

We cannot guarantee results without being in control of the whole campaign and wider marketing strategy, but Grow will give you a very good foundation of best practices to build upon.

Use Grow monthly to build:

To ensure long-lasting, natural SEO results, onsite SEO, technical optimizations, real-world marketing, social media, content marketing, and PR Campaigns (for higher-end, more competitive websites) are recommended.

Grow is perfect as an ongoing, regular foundation for any successful organic campaign. With the basics taken care of, hands-free, you can focus on the wider marketing activities to be done alongside Grow.

For the first order of a website for Grow, if you haven’t given us any pages you’d like to rank, we will go ahead and do some analysis on your website and pick pages that we think are the best opportunities to link to.

We will use the content on the page to determine keywords to optimise for with anchors, but we’ll mostly use brand and neutral anchors to make the campaign as natural as possible.

For your content we’ll produce a Content Plan and determine topics your site could rank for, but currently don’t cover with the content. Every time you order Grow, we’ll choose from the Content Plan list.

No, we don’t want to complicate things with logins and CMS considerations. Instead we’ll give you a Google Doc, perfectly formatted with images, meta title and description and internal links.

It’s practically ready for you to copy & paste into the website.

Currently, Grow is an ‘order-as-you-need’ service. For best results, we recommend ordering on a monthly cadence.

We’ll soon have a recurring order option to make things even more easy.

Sometimes, we may have to substitute deliverables for others of equal or greater value. This may be for a number of reasons, the most common one being that the website with a ‘Basic’ grow plan has already been submitted to all Citations.

In this case, we swap out citation submissions for a DA10 placement.

Typically we don’t believe in following link gap analysis to an absolute tee. It is not a perfect science, and looking at any SERP in detail will show that there are so many factors as to why one URL ranks over another one, not limited to the particular keywords in question.

Our recommended approach is to take a holistic approach to organic search marketing and build as much authority to your overall site as possible with a sensible number of supplemental links every month.

Have a great site structure and internal linking and ensure best practices for onsite optimization. Ensure the site is active socially and has active social and business listing profiles.

Also, creating tools, great content, glossaries, and industry studies is a great way to naturally gain links. Digital PR campaigns for higher-end websites with more budget are also great.

All of this should move the needle for organic traffic as a whole in the right direction. Leaning less on individual keywords and specific numbers of links and more on having a holistic approach is how we’d recommend approaching your SEO campaigns.
