We guarantee a minimum number of links per campaign, depending on the campaign type. We cannot guarantee specific coverage, but we’ll keep pitching until we hit the minimums.

We guarantee a minimum of 5 links per Basic campaign, 10 links for Premium campaigns, and 20 links for Platinum campaigns.

This is a minimum number per campaign, and many will secure more links than the minimum guarantee.

We cannot guarantee specific coverage on certain media or news outlets, but we guarantee that we will continue creating and pitching stories until we exceed your minimum coverage guarantee.

Unfortunately not. We have little control over how the media publications will include your quote. Most will include a mention by linking your name, the company name, URL, or similar. Others may use a keyword anchor if it’s relevant, but this is rare.

Our digital PR team will write the story with your company and services in mind. They will utilize data, quotes, and unique research to create compelling pitches to secure great quality coverage.

We create at least 2 story angles for every order. Stories will often revolve around data or commentary that we will compile to craft a compelling pitch.

They may also look to include the client as providing expert commentary on a current trend.

We aim for relevant coverage but we may zoom out from the client niche to wider adjacent niches, in order to maximise coverage.

Our main priority in Digital PR Campaigns is maximum coverage from the highest authority media sites we can. This may mean zooming out from the target site topic, to ensure we can cover popular news and trends.

For example, a brand may sell software for accountants. In an ideal world, we’d love to get coverage around accountants, but sometimes there are no opportunities or trends, so we fall back on wider topics, such as business or finance.

We try to keep our expert PR pitches very positive, informative, and based on your industry or business in general. We stay away from controversy and politics, so in general, there will be absolutely nothing to worry about in terms of being represented in a good light.

Whilst topics may not be in the exact niche of the clients, we aim to be relevant categorically.

Unfortunately, we are typically unable to remove coverage/articles from any sites. If there is a good reason, we can reach out to the journalist and try, but we are not in control of the placements.

We also have little control over who will cover a story once we pitch to journalists. Some sites also ‘republish’ from the larger media sites, over which there is little to no control.

Links will be secured in high-quality, authoritative news sites with excellent metrics. They will appear in a variety of article types and quote styles.

Links will typically be a mix of follow and no-follow, depending on the news or media outlet. The value of Digital PR far transcends dofollow or nofollow, however, we do make a concerted effort to include follow links in every campaign.

Of course! All of our link building services are simple to order and are built to be resold. With a white label pitch report included, your clients will never know that fatjoe was involved!

We will provide refunds if we are unable to secure placements. We are unable to provide refunds for any other reason.

The links secured should last indefinitely, but of course, some media outlets may, over time, move content, change direction, or cull content, which is out of our control. If this happens within 12 months of your placements going live and causes your campaign to fall under our minimum guaranteed links for your campaign size, we will refund you for this placement or replace it with another link building service of equal or greater value.
