I hope you, your family, friends and colleagues are staying safe and healthy during this difficult period. Whilst I am conscious to remain sensitive, I also hope that this email empowers you to make positive changes within your business.
Firstly, I want to reassure you that right now, it is business as usual for FATJOE. In fact, we have actually made some very positive changes for the benefit of our clients and I want to tell you about these right now.
#1 We have Adopted Remote Flexy Working
Whilst a large proportion of our operation is already based around remote working, we have now extended this for our entire head office team which consists of support members, developers and our financial team.
Why is this good for you?
As a by-product, we found that our team are a lot more open to working earlier and later than their normal office working hours which means we have now extended our telephone support from 8 to 14 hours per day.

#2 We are Still Hiring Freelancers
Whilst times ahead may seem uncertain now, we are very confident that our governments, healthcare systems and all of us collectively will strive through this challenge very quickly which is why we are continuing to hire freelance writers. See our current opportunities here.

#3 We have Introduced Price Relief
For us right now, it’s not about making profit which is why from today we are introducing 25% price relief on our entire range of services until April 30th to empower you to seek out and fulfil on those marketing opportunities that still exist.

We hope that by doing this, it will allow you to deliver and achieve the same marketing objectives and spot new opportunities to help you maintain your business and thrive throughout this period.
I just want to finish by saying that whilst this will be a challenging (but hopefully short) period, we are confident that between us all, we will thrive and seek out opportunities, both marketing and operational, that didn’t exist before.
